Return and Refund Policy

Please note that this return and exchange policy is only applicable to consumers who shop on the official Project Ornament website. Consumers who purchase from non-official online stores are not subject to this policy and should refer to the return and exchange procedures of each platform and channel.


According to the Consumer Protection Act (applicable only in Taiwan), online shopping enjoys a 7-day cooling-off period from the date of product arrival. The cooling-off period is not a trial period; its purpose is to provide you with the opportunity to inspect, reference, view, and compare the product, not to test it. All products on this site are custom-made items and are excluded from the 7-day cooling-off period as per Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, which states that custom-made products requested by the consumer are a reasonable exception. Therefore, the 7-day cooling-off period does not apply. Please read the shipping times and related information carefully before purchasing customized products.


Before returning a package, you must apply for a return through email. Please follow the return/exchange process below carefully; otherwise, your request will be automatically canceled, and we will not be able to process your order refund.


Shipping costs for purchases made on this website are borne by the consumer, and shipping details will be displayed at checkout. Once the order has been shipped, the shipping fee is non-refundable.


We accept return and exchange requests within 7 days of delivery. Once your return request is approved, the package must be shipped within 5 days. The product should be in brand new, unworn condition with original tags and invoice.


Returns and exchanges will not be accepted under the following circumstances:


• Missing accessories or purchase receipt (invoice, gifts, etc.)

• Virtual gifts such as store credits or discount coupons cannot be returned or recovered

• Incomplete, used, washed, or tag-removed products


Return Process:


1. Apply via email within 7 days of receiving the goods.

2. Send an email to [proj.ornmnt@gmail.com].

3. Once the application is approved, you will receive a confirmation reply. Please properly package the return items and either wait for collection or send them back to the return address.

4. Once we receive and verify the returned goods, the refund process will be automatically initiated, and you will not receive further notification. The refund amount will be deducted from the original shipping fee.

The return address will be included in the reply email for the return application. You can choose the shipping method or wait for collection.

(Applicants who choose to send the return package to the “return address” for personal reasons must bear the shipping costs themselves.)
